Our team successfully completed the 500-meter steel bridge in Kazakhstan, marking another milestone in our international expansion. The Astana Railway Bridge represents one of the most challenging infrastructure projects we've undertaken in Central Asia.
Project Overview
The bridge spans 500 meters across the Ishim River, connecting key railway networks in Kazakhstan's capital. Our engineering team faced unique challenges including extreme weather conditions, complex geological formations, and stringent international safety standards.
Technical Achievements
The project required innovative steel structure design capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -40°C to +40°C. Our factory produced over 2,000 tons of specialized steel components, all manufactured to European EN standards.
- Total steel weight: 2,000+ tons
- Main span: 120 meters
- Construction period: 18 months
- Temperature range: -40°C to +40°C
- Compliance: European EN standards
International Collaboration
Working alongside local Kazakh partners and international consultants, we delivered the project 2 months ahead of schedule, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and reliability in international markets.
This project strengthens our position as a leading construction company in Central Asia and opens doors for future opportunities in the region.
